• Friday Call: N/A Additional Details about the position PT will be required to work acute care and swing with the occasional day working SNF each week. 6-8 patients per day (20% Acute + 80% Swing)
• 2•3 SNF patients per week.

Inpatient Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans by applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests. Treats injuries, manage chronic conditions, prevent future problems, improve physical function and educate patients to maximize and/or maintain their maximum level of independence. Records and reports to the physician the patient's reaction to treatment and/or any changes in the patient's condition as required/needed. Educates patients and their families in the use of prosthetic, orthotic, and assistive devices (canes, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.) and other necessary therapeutic equipment/devices. Attends rehabilitation center staff meetings and in-service presentations.

Minimum 1 year as a PT with Acute Care Experience
