A leading home health organization in Ramona, California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!

Pay:

$55.00 - $65.00/hour

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position Monday-Friday day shift schedule with weekend rotation Guaranteed weekly pay $10, 000 sign-on bonus available Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, and paid time off

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Active California Physical Therapist license required Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required Current BLS/CPR certification required Home health experience preferred
