Qualifications & Experience:

Hold an active Physical Therapist license in California Must possess current educator credentials for school-based PT practice Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare physical therapy settings is strongly preferred Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Strong communication skills for working with educators, families, and students Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions for students in accordance with IEP goals and state regulations Document treatment sessions, progress reports, and updates to education teams Consult with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy support within the classroom and school environment Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications as appropriate Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
