Qualifications & Experience:

Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in California Demonstrated experience providing PT services in schools, especially with elementary-aged children Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy practices and school-based documentation requirements Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, service providers, and families Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted therapy to students weekly and monitor progress toward functional goals Conduct assessments and participate in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Design and implement individualized interventions and activities Consult with teachers and staff to support physical accessibility and educational outcomes Keep accurate, timely records and ensure compliance with school and state standards This role offers a pay range between $90 and $110 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
