Treat intentionally. We hire physical therapists across our Sacramento-region clinics throughout the year. Our vision is to upgrade 100,000 lives by 2030 , and we get there by developing clinicians who can bridge rehab and performance — progressing patients from pain to function to return-to-sport, supported by force-plate data and one-on-one treatment time. If our active job board doesn't show a role at your preferred location or level, apply here anyway. We maintain conversations with clinicians we'd want to hire when the right seat opens.
