Hillcrest Nursing Facility is a skilled nursing facility located in San Bernardino Ca. Hillcrest is a 59 bed facility with no trachs, ventilators or G-Tubes. We are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who can work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and work together as part of a team. The pay is $40.00 hr to $45.00 hr base on experience.

On Call PT Assistant Job Summary:

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date

Qualifications:

Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice Certification as required by State CPR Certification Strong communication and organizational skills

Requirements Education Required:

Graduate of Physical Therapy Assistant Program Certification:

Certification as required by State guideline

Experience:

1 year Physical Therapy Assistant experience preferred. 1-2 years experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
