Physical Therapist (PT) Waterman Canyon Post Acute Are you passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence? Waterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who is driven, compassionate, and excited to make a meaningful impact in a post-acute care setting. At Waterman Canyon, therapy is more than a service—it's a partnership with our patients on their road to recovery.
Position Options & Pay Full-Time:
$48.00 - $52.00 per hour
Per Diem:
$53.00 - $56.00 per hour What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient-centered goals Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Support a positive, motivating therapy environment What We're Looking For Current Physical Therapist license in good standing Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Patient-focused mindset with a passion for functional outcomes Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Why Waterman Canyon?
