Full-time or Part-time Physical Therapist At Active Marin Physical Therapy, we are a fun-loving group of academically trained physical therapists who value top-quality, holistic care. We offer longer one-on-one treatments for more comprehensive care in a relaxed setting to help our patients reach their lifetime wellness goals. We believe in providing exceptional patient care and embrace continued learning and growth for both our patients and our staff. We are located in beautiful Mill Valley, just across the Golden Gate Bridge, surrounded by amazing trails, for biking, hiking, and running and just over the hill from Stinson Beach. We have been a positive contributor to the Mill Valley community for over 17 years! Our 3,000 square-foot facility features an open exercise space and 6 private treatment areas. We have an incredibly active patient population. Mt. Tam, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach are just minutes away. We are on the same street as popular Mill Valley spots like Equator Coffee, The Lumberyard, Sol Food and Hook Fish. Why advance your career at Active Marin Physical Therapy? About Us Provide one-on-one individualized care to every patient in 45-minute treatments for more comprehensive, holistic care 3,000 sqft facility with 6 private treatment rooms Spacious open-air, well-equipped 1,000 sqft gym Support for professional advancement through mentorship with experienced staff specializing in women's health, pediatrics and sports medicine Generous continuing education allowance and in-house education opportunities Time for documentation Increased compensation for advanced certification/training preferred (OCS, FAAOMPT, etc...) Flexible PT schedule options (5×8 hours, 4×10 hours) with nights and weekends available for part-time. Contributing to wellness in the Marin Community for over 17 years Requirements A commitment to providing compassionate patient care and promoting positive health outcomes Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills Strong interpersonal, collaborative and clinical skills Valid CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist Per Diem (part-time, non-benefitted): $70-$80 per hour Benefits $5,000 signing bonus Compensation $110k-$150k (based on experience, specialties, management) Increased compensation for advanced certification/specialization (OCS, FAAOMPT, etc...) 15 days Paid Time Off + 7 Holidays = 22 days total 401(k) Plan with 3% of salary employer contribution Annual Profit Sharing Plan (@2% of salary) Health, Dental, Vision, and Disability insurance Tuition Reimbursement Plan of up to $5,250 tax-free per year Continuing education
