Physical Therapist - Outpatient Whole Physical Therapy PC San Francisco, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Per diem $50 - $65 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Physical Therapy Outpatient experience Physical Therapy License Doctor of Physical Therapy Coordination and balance testing Full Job Description Job Summary Whole Physical Therapy PC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in San Francisco. This is a part-time opportunity, with per diem and full-time arrangements also considered. We are especially interested in candidates who are Cantonese-speaking and can provide excellent communication and patient-centered care. Candidates with varying levels of experience are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercises Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Provide compassionate, patient-centered care Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist license Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent Physical Therapy degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills Cantonese-speaking preferred New graduates and candidates with varying levels of experience are welcome to apply
