Empowering Students Through Comprehensive Evaluations! Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact through assessment and evaluation services? The Stepping Stones Group is excited to welcome you to our team in San Francisco, CA ! In this school-based evaluation-only position , you'll use your clinical expertise to help identify student needs, support educational planning, and guide access to physical therapy services within the school setting.
What We're Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Physical Therapist license in California Experience conducting pediatric evaluations and assessments School-based experience and familiarity with IEP processes preferred Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and report-writing skills

What You'll Do:
Conduct Evaluations:
Perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments to determine students' functional mobility, motor skills, and educational needs
Develop Recommendations:
Interpret assessment findings and provide recommendations that support student access and participation in the educational environment
Collaborate:
Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to discuss evaluation results and contribute to student-centered planning
Document Findings:
Prepare detailed evaluation reports and maintain compliant documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements Participate in
Meetings:
