Job Description
Therapydia California is a network of 3 physical therapy clinics serving the San Francisco Bay Area. - Enthusiastic working in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Passionate about patient education and delivering quality patient care in a 1:1 treatment setting
- Focused on addressing the WHY (reasons) behind a patient's WHAT (source)
- Open to receiving or providing mentorship/feedback to other staff members Qualifications of a Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Outpatient experience is highly preferred.
- Active PT license
- Active CPR certification
Physical Therapist Compensation:
- Variety of employment opportunities: Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem
- Annual Retention Bonus (Increases 1k every year)

- Dedicated monthly Mentorship Staff PT Level 1 (0-2 years of experience): 100k-110k Staff PT Level 2 (2-5 years of experience): 110k-135k Senior Staff PT (5+ years of experience): 120k-150k
