Responsibilities Initial Assessment & Plan of Care:

You will primarily focus on executing comprehensive initial evaluations and mapping out strategic plans of care.

Supervise and Mentor:

Direct and oversee talented treatment teams as they execute your clinical vision and 1:1 patient care without managing every individual execution yourself.

Skills Autonomy & Initiative:

Able to evaluate, treat, and manage a caseload independently with high clinical standards. We want an autonomous Physical Therapist who thrives working independently while delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Leadership:

An individual who leads by temperament and example that cultivates respect, resulting in support staff that willingly chooses to follow.

Experience:

1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Licensure:

Valid California Physical Therapist license.
