Hold an active California PT license — or are currently in the process of obtaining one Are based in or near Redwood City, San Mateo, Foster City, Belmont, San Carlos, Burlingame, Daly City, or anywhere in San Mateo County Are currently working in outpatient, inpatient, SNF, or another home health setting and want to expand your opportunities Are motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in the field Are a new grad open to building a home health skill set from day one
