Work Environment As an integral part of our outpatient office, you'll work onsite in a state-of-the-art facility that is fully equipped with the latest rehabilitation equipment and therapy modalities. Our clinic provides a positive atmosphere, with a focus on collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and support staff. We pride ourselves on maintaining a patient-centered approach, which allows for effective treatment plans individualized to each patient's needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough movement evaluations to assess a patient's functional capacity and mobility limitations. Develop and implement tailored physical therapy programs addressing the specific needs of each patient. Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and rehabilitation. Provide one-on-one patient interactions, typically with 1-2 patients per hour, offering attentive care and personalized guidance. Instruct patients on exercises and techniques designed for at-home maintenance of their mobility and health improvements. Document patient treatment sessions accurately, maintaining compliance with professional standards and legal regulations. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will primarily involve working with individuals experiencing orthopedic conditions such as post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility impairments. Our patient population is diverse, ranging from active athletes to seniors seeking to regain independence and improve function. This opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on patients' lives as they progress through their rehabilitation journey. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A valid California Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one. At least two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in outpatient orthopedic settings. Demonstrable problem-solving skills and adaptability in formulating treatment plans. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients to foster trust and engagement. Preferred Experience Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is highly preferred. Experience with specialized modalities such as Dry Needling or Kinesio Taping. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to assist in accurate documentation and patient tracking. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position ranges from
USD 100,000
to 140,000 annually , commensurate with experience and skill level.
