$90,000-$110,000/year Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients while working with caregivers, facilities, and healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled patient care, supervise therapy assistants/aides, and maintain strong relationships with patients and facility staff. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and provide medically necessary physical therapy treatment. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Supervise and guide physical therapist assistants and aides. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent. Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state. Current CPR certification required. Current TB test required and maintained per state guidelines.
