$90,000•$110,000 per year (commensurate with experience) + Sign-On Bonus up to $20000 + Relocation Assistance About the
Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team in Santa Cruz, CA. As a valued member of our therapy department, you'll play a key role in helping patients recover, improve mobility, and regain independence. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment where your expertise will be valued and your growth supported.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopaedic conditions Develop personalised treatment plans based on evidence-based practices Collaborate with referring physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patient families Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current California Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain) Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills New grads are welcome to apply•mentorship available!
