36-40 Qualifications Current, valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT). Current CPR/BLS certification Minimum of 1 year of SNF experience preferred Ability to travel and adapt to various clinical environments.
