Major duties include:

patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments). More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title. Position may convert to career.

Per Diem Salary Range:

$77.85
