REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
Availability of at least two days, or ten productivity units a week, and one weekend a month for per diem therapists. Visits are typically conducted between the hours of 8 am-5 pm. Reliable transportation, current driver's license, auto insurance At least one year of experience with direct patient care as a physical therapist (PT) Able to perform wound care, blood draw, and catheter care Make home visits to clients in the community, as well as Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Independent Living facilities. Open cases and perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to more independent living.
