Up to $3,000 per week

Completion Bonus:

$2,000 upon successful completion of the assignment Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Requirements Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License Current BLS Certification Previous SNF or Rehabilitation experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Why Join Us?
