We are seeking a dedicated and experienced (Aquatic Experience) Physical Therapist, PT, to join our outpatient team PRN . This role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services with a focus on aquatic therapy, helping patients recover and improve their physical function through specialized treatment modalities. The position offers flexibility as a PRN opportunity, ideal for therapists who thrive in a dynamic outpatient environment and have a passion for aquatic-based rehabilitation. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs. Utilize aquatic therapy techniques to enhance patient recovery, mobility, and strength in a safe and supportive environment. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes. Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies to support long-term health goals. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive patient care and achieve optimal results. Stay current with advancements in aquatic therapy practices and outpatient physical therapy techniques. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT). Prior outpatient experience is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse patient populations. Experience or training in aquatic therapy is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and educate patients effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a flexible PRN capacity. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and patient safety.
