Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and function. Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs. Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the EMR. Supervise PT Assistants and Aides. Communicate with physicians, patients, and team members to ensure quality care. Manage patient follow-up, authorizations, prescriptions, and documentation. Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance. Apply knowledge of ICD-10 coding and PT billing procedures. Support clinic marketing and referral activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy. Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Continuing education preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift 50+ lbs., and assist patients with transfers and mobility.
