Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where your expertise will empower patients to regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. In this vital role, you will assess individual needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver compassionate therapy across diverse settings. Your clinical skills and collaborative spirit will be instrumental in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and return to active, healthy lives. We have been proudly serving the Temecula and surrounding communities since 2008 and have established an excellent reputation with our treatment approach and consistent patient results. Therapists average 1.5 patients per hour with 1 hour evaluations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community while working in a supportive and innovative environment. New grads are encouraged to apply. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs, including assessments of physiology, anatomy, and medical history Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as physiotherapy techniques, trigger point therapy, and mobility exercises Manage discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transition from care settings to home or community environments Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals—including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists—to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems following clinical documentation standards Provide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care strategies to promote long-term wellness Work with diverse populations including geriatric patients, pediatrics, neurology cases, orthopedics, and those requiring outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation services Skills Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, hospitals, inpatient units, or home health settings Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and treatment modalities specific to physiotherapy Skilled in developing effective care plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and care coordination Ability to communicate clearly with patients and healthcare teams to foster understanding and trust Experience working with geriatric populations and managing complex cases involving orthopedics or neurology conditions Knowledge of discharge planning procedures and home & community care considerations for diverse patient needs Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms lives through expert physical therapy. Pay:
$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
