Travel Physical Therapist-Templeton, CA Location:
Templeton, CA Setting:
Acute/Rehab Assignment Length:
13 weeks, with option to extend
Shift:
8-hour shift
Schedule:
Day shift; 5 x 8s
Travel Pay:
$3,140.74 - $3,489.72 weekly Job Summary Evaluate and treat patients requiring physical therapy services in a healthcare rehabilitation setting. Develop individualized plans of care, provide therapeutic interventions, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, function, and safety. Job Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current California Physical Therapist license required. Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the assignment. Recent physical therapy experience appropriate to the assigned setting. Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, communication, and patient-care skills. Ability to work the listed shift and schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals. Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, functional activities, and other appropriate interventions. Monitor patient response to treatment and modify the plan of care as needed. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding exercises, safety, mobility, and continued care. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Travel Assignment Benefits Weekly pay.
