This is an excellent opportunity for a physical therapist who is passionate about patient care, team leadership, clinical excellence, and helping grow a high-quality orthopedic physical therapy program. At Premier Orthopedics Physical Therapy, we prioritize quality patient care over high-volume patient turnover. Our clinicians see an average of approximately 1.5 patients per hour, allowing adequate time to provide individualized, hands-on treatment and build meaningful relationships with each patient. We are committed to creating a supportive clinical environment where therapists can focus on achieving excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for orthopedic patients. Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, aides, and support staff. Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and excellent patient care. Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture. Monitor clinical documentation, compliance, patient outcomes, and staff performance. Assist with schedule management, patient flow, and provider utilization. Collaborate with the director of rehabilitation, physicians, referral sources, and leadership to support clinic growth. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and state/federal regulations. Participate in staff training, performance feedback, and ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications:

Current California Physical Therapist license in good standing. Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Orthopedic outpatient experience Preferred. Recent DPT graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior leadership, management, or clinic director experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead by example while maintaining a patient-centered approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic environment.
