Pay:

$55.00 - $70.00/hour

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Active California Physical Therapist license required Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required Current BLS/CPR certification required Home health experience preferred
