Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
PHYSICAL THERAPIST / PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT / OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be required to provide high-quality patient care. You will assist in implementing treatment plans, conducting therapeutic exercises, and supporting patients in their rehabilitation journey. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in anatomy and physiology, as well as experience in outpatient settings or skilled nursing facilities.Pay Rate PT:

$40.00 Responsibilities Physical therapists will be developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients. Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients. Conduct therapeutic exercises and treatments as directed by the supervising therapist. Utilize techniques such as trigger point therapy to alleviate patient discomfort. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home health strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients during therapy sessions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Requirements Physical Therapy license and degree. Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or a related field. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is essential. Experience in outpatient settings or skilled nursing facilities is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism. Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings as part of the hiring process.
