- $85 per hour depending on experience Daytime scheduling with flexibility (typically 3x12 hour shifts) 100% employer-paid Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Mileage reimbursement between facilities Wound Care Certification reimbursement is available 401(k) retirement plan Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Career advancement opportunities in advanced wound care Supportive interdisciplinary care teams What You'll Do Perform wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver Ultrasonic Mist Therapy treatments for chronic wounds Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to improve healing outcomes Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on wound care best practices Monitor healing progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation according to Medicare and regulatory standards Help prevent wound recurrence through preventative care strategies Qualifications Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing New graduates encouraged to apply!
