Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, workers' compensation, and functional limitations while helping them restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Performance and productivity bonus opportunities Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Continuing education reimbursement / CEU assistance License renewal reimbursement Flexible scheduling options Paid documentation/admin time Growth opportunities into Clinic Director / leadership roles Supportive family-oriented team culture Duties Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments Develop individualized plans of care based on diagnosis, goals, and functional limitations Provide skilled therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, and modalities as indicated Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff in accordance with California practice guidelines Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, personal injury, and workers' compensation patients Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as medically necessary Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, ergonomics, and self-management Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation meeting Medicare and insurance standards Coordinate care with physicians, nurse case managers, adjusters, and referral sources Assist with clinic efficiency, patient retention, and positive patient experience Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist license in good standing Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, Master's, or Bachelor's) Strong knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and evidence-based treatment Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates welcome Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Why Join Us Join a growing private practice that values quality care, strong ethics, teamwork, and long-term success.
