Deliver targeted treatment sessions utilizing techniques such as trigger point therapy, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to promote rehabilitation and recovery. Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with healthcare professionals—including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists—to ensure seamless patient care across settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, inpatient units, and home health environments. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Engage with patients of all ages—pediatrics to geriatrics—delivering compassionate care that addresses unique needs in outpatient rehabilitation centers or home & community care settings. Support ongoing patient rehabilitation efforts by adjusting treatment plans based on progress assessments and emerging clinical evidence. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. Proven experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, neurology cases, orthopedics, and inpatient or outpatient settings. Expertise in discharge planning, care plan development, and implementing effective treatment strategies for various conditions. Proficiency in clinical documentation standards and managing electronic health records (EHR/EMR systems) accurately and efficiently. Excellent client communication skills to educate patients on treatment goals and foster motivation for recovery. Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across disciplines to optimize patient outcomes. Hands-on experience with physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and other manual therapies tailored to individual needs. Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations, hospital environments, home health services, and outpatient rehabilitation centers enhances adaptability.
