About Resolute Physical Therapy Join Resolute Physical Therapy, a locally owned clinic in Arvada, Colorado, known for an eclectic, adaptable treatment approach across orthopedics, spine, manual therapy, vestibular rehab, and sports medicine. You'll work alongside therapists with advanced certifications in dry needling, pelvic floor, spinal and extremity manipulation, and vestibular rehabilitation, in a culture built on patient education and empowerment. As part of a team with a strong local reputation for personalized, hands-on care, you'll have real ownership in helping shape outcomes for your community. Compensation Package This role pays $75,000-$95,000 a year . We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.

What You'll Be Doing Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right.That includes:
Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it Who We're Looking For We're looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves.Ideal candidates have:
A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program A Colorado physical therapy license, or eligibility for one All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
