Job Description

Momentum Physical Therapy is a growing outpatient orthopedic practice located in Gillette, WY, is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist. Momentum Physical Therapy is dedicated to providing effective, high-quality care, helping patients improve their quality of life by helping them help themselves. As a Physical Therapist at Momentum, you will treat various orthopedic diagnoses, sports injuries, pre/post-operative patients, and women's health from pediatrics to elderly population. We offer extended support for pursuing areas of interest and expertise.
Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patients. Develop and implement treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy and exercises. Educate patients and their families. Monitor progress and adjust plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Maintain patient records. Utilize various techniques and equipment. Ensure patient safety. Stay updated in the field. We are looking for a compassionate team player with strong communication skills and a focus on patient care. Experience in an outpatient setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply, as mentorship is provided. This position offers full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) flexibility. Clinic hours are Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Fridays 7:00AM to 4:00PM. The schedule will be mutually agreed upon. We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, $3,000 annually for continuing education, a mentoring program, paid time off, paid holidays, and a retirement plan. Required qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent), eligibility for Wyoming state licensure, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
