As a Physical Therapist at Momentum, you will treat various orthopedic diagnoses, sports injuries, pre/post-operative patients, and women's health from pediatrics to elderly population. Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patients. Develop and implement treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy and exercises. Educate patients and their families. Monitor progress and adjust plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Maintain patient records. Utilize various techniques and equipment. Ensure patient safety. Stay updated in the field. We are looking for a compassionate team player with strong communication skills and a focus on patient care. Experience in an outpatient setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply, as mentorship is provided. This position offers full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) flexibility. Clinic hours are Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Fridays 7:00AM to 4:00PM. The schedule will be mutually agreed upon. Required qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent), eligibility for Wyoming state licensure, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
