• Part-time, Contract Overview Boulder Sports Physiotherapy is a cash-pay physical therapy practice in central Boulder, located within PR Labs, a collaborative wellness space.

We treat an active population with both acute and chronic injuries, emphasizing performance-driven care and long-term outcomes. We are hiring a contract physical therapist with experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. This is a two-provider clinic, and you will be expected to work independently, as provider schedules are often offset. You will begin with a partial caseload, including some existing patients, with the expectation to build and grow your schedule over time.

Current schedule need:

Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, with some flexibility to adjust days and expand hours as caseload grows. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver one-on-one care in a cash-pay setting Utilize manual therapy, exercise prescription, and dry needling Integrate focused shockwave therapy when appropriate Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in outreach, events, and community engagement Contribute to building and growing an individual caseload

Qualifications Required:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Active Colorado PT license Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and/or sports medicine Completion of dry needling continuing education and active use in clinical practice Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Strong communication and patient relationship skills

Preferred:
