What You'll Do Provide skilled pediatric physical therapy to children from birth through age 21 in home and community settings. Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, positioning, and functional movement needs. Develop individualized plans of care that support safety, independence, and meaningful functional progress. Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover between visits. Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams. Complete timely documentation using electronic charting tools.
