As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll play an essential role in helping our patients recover, regain function, and achieve their goals while working alongside experienced physical therapists in a collaborative, positive environment. What You'll Do Assist physical therapists with patient treatment sessions. Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and stretches. Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient care. Clean and maintain treatment tables, exercise equipment, and clinic spaces. Help monitor patient exercises and provide encouragement throughout treatment sessions. Maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient clinic environment. Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and other clinic operations as needed. Work closely with the therapy team to ensure an outstanding patient experience. What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and motivated individual with a positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for health, fitness, wellness, or helping others. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Team player who enjoys working with people. Previous healthcare, fitness, athletic training, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Interest in physical therapy, exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, or other healthcare careers is a plus.
