Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; schedule details provided during interview
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and implement adaptive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, goals, and referring physician directions Delegate and oversee all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, supporting optimal, functional return to community activities Serve as a patient, family, student, and peer educator, promoting knowledge and fostering positive therapeutic relationships Complete accurate medical record documentation, including plan updates, assessments, and required compliance paperwork Adhere to established safety standards and organizational policies, demonstrating safety awareness across key clinical areas Supervise and mentor students as assigned, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth Develop and pursue an individualized professional development plan, actively engaging in continuing education and practice improvement initiatives Maintain licensure in good standing and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in CO Experience in hospital or outpatient rehab settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to professional excellence, patient safety, and team collaboration
