Position Overview Brilliant Body Work Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Evans, Colorado. This full-time position is integral to our healthcare team, where you will evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans tailored to enhance their mobility and facilitate recovery. Work Environment The outpatient clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities located in a vibrant community in Evans, Colorado. Here, you will work alongside a dedicated team that includes other physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and administrative staff. The work setting is onsite, providing a hands-on approach to care, which facilitates immediate patient interaction and engagement. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical evaluations and functional testing to establish treatment goals. Develop and implement targeted therapy plans that address individual patient needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities. Manage a caseload of approximately 1 to 1.5 patients per hour, ensuring quality and effective treatment delivery. Collaborate closely with referring physicians, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care. Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring compliance with state regulations and adherence to best practices. Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes within our electronic medical records (EMR) system. Foster a positive and supportive clinical environment, encouraging patient engagement and satisfaction throughout the recovery process. Patient Population / Client Focus The clinic primarily serves individuals experiencing orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain issues. Our multidisciplinary approach focuses on educating patients about their conditions and empowering them through active participation in their rehabilitation journey. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Must hold an active Physical Therapy license in Colorado or be eligible to obtain one. Strong commitment to patient-centered care and proficiency in evidence-based practices. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
