Our clinic treats in a modern, open-performance environment rather than private treatment rooms. You'll learn to evaluate and treat patients in a dynamic space that mirrors real movement, sport, and functional rehab — all while collaborating closely with experienced clinicians who are invested in your development.
You'll gain hands-on exposure to advanced techniques like blood flow restriction therapy, dry needling, shockwave, and return‑to‑sport progressions, with structured mentorship to help you grow confidently and independently.
Your Role
Provide individualized, one‑on‑one outpatient care in our open treatment space for orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
Build evidence‑based treatment plans with guidance from experienced mentors.
Document clearly and efficiently using our intuitive EMR.
Participate in weekly mentorship sessions, case reviews, and collaborative treatment planning.
Progress toward independent caseload management with structured support.
Communicate professionally with patients, colleagues, and referring providers.

Minimum Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Active Colorado PT license (or applied for)
Strong communication and observational skills
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and receive feedback
Commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient-centered care
Preferred (Not Required)
Clinical rotations in outpatient ortho or sports or experience in outpatient rehab
Interest in sports performance, orthopedics, manual therapy, or return‑to‑sport rehab
Desire to pursue certifications (DN, BFR, CSCS, manual therapy, etc.)
