Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligible state licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology Completion of Clinical Fellowship (for those newly graduated) Previous experience within a school setting highly preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop tailored treatment plans and provide direct speech-language therapy Participate actively in IEP meetings and complete necessary documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to best support each student's unique needs Monitor progress and adjust interventions to promote student success Provide education and resources to staff and families on speech-language development This role allows you to make a tangible impact while enjoying professional flexibility.
