Job Description

Days About Us:
Power in Movement was founded by Dr. Grace Schwemmer, because the standard model is broken. No double-booking. No corporate nonsense. We treat one patient at a time, out of real gyms in the heart of Denver, with clinicians who care more about outcomes than throughput. Our clients are CrossFitters, lifters, runners, and competitive athletes who find us through word of mouth because the people we treat actually get better. This role is based at DTC CrossFit in South Denver, where you'll treat the gym's members and the wider athlete community. We're growing, and we need the right person to grow with us. About the
Role:
1099 contractor. One patient at a time. You treat real people in a real gym, with the time and freedom to do the work right. Weekly mentorship with Grace keeps you sharp. No micromanagement. No guesswork. Just great PT. We start every provider as a contractor, and after a year, the right fit earns the conversation about a W-2 offer. What You'll Do Treat people, not diagnoses. Run thorough assessments. Build custom programs. Deliver hands-on care that actually changes outcomes. Build your book. Develop and retain a caseload through exceptional care, community presence, and referrals. Your clinical results are your best marketing. Show up where clients train. Work out of DTC CrossFit in South Denver. You're embedded in the gym community, not isolated in a clinic. This is a CrossFit gym, and our members see providers who train the way they do, so you need to be an active CrossFitter yourself. Help grow the brand. Contribute to social media, community events, and outreach. You don't need a massive following, but you should be comfortable being visible and playing a role in how we reach new people. Collaborate, don't compete. Work alongside a small, tight team that shares ideas, challenges each other, and wants everyone to get better.
Expected Outcomes:
Learn our systems, standards, and clinical approach. Build relationships with existing clients and the gym communities. Begin treating with mentorship support. By Day 60 Carry a growing caseload with solid retention. Contribute to marketing and community engagement. Operate with increasing independence.
