Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) - Full-Time or Part-Time Fusion Sport Rehab & Fusion Accident Care Highlands Ranch, Colorado Join an Established Practice with Immediate Patient Volume Fusion Sport Rehab and Fusion Accident Care are seeking a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. We offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities and will build a schedule around the right candidate. For over 17 years, we've provided exceptional orthopedic, sports medicine, and personal injury rehabilitation throughout the Denver metro area. Unlike many outpatient clinics, you'll step into an established practice with a consistent stream of referrals from our in-house physicians, chiropractors, and rehabilitation providers—allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care rather than building a caseload. Compensation $60-$80+ per hour, based on experience Performance-based bonuses Sign-on bonus available Flexible scheduling Opportunities for increased compensation and career growth Responsibilities Treat a diverse patient population, including: Personal injury and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation Orthopedic and post-operative recovery Sports medicine injuries General musculoskeletal conditions Balance and functional rehabilitation Active adults and athletes Collaborate daily with physicians, chiropractors, massage therapists, and rehabilitation specialists to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Qualifications Required Colorado Physical Therapist License (PT or DPT) Strong orthopedic rehabilitation skills Excellent communication and patient education Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Strong documentation and time-management skills Preferred 1-3 years of experience (motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply) Manual therapy experience Dry needling certification or interest in obtaining certification Sports or vestibular rehabilitation experience Personal injury experience (training provided) Spanish-speaking is a plus Why Fusion?
