Role Overview Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized rehabilitative therapy in a skilled nursing environment. The role involves working directly with residents to improve mobility, strength, and balance through tailored exercises, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on therapy goals and home programs.
