Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team, helping patients recover strength, function, and independence following injury, surgery, or illness. You'll evaluate patient needs, design individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, and collaborate closely with physicians, OT, and speech therapy to support comprehensive patient recovery across a variety of diagnoses.
Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (state as applicable) BLS certification required Experience in inpatient/acute rehabilitation preferred Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional mobility techniques Ability to develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes Comfortable managing a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients
Pay Details:
For Local Candidates pay rate: $80 to $90 /hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles of the facility) For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility): Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $84.00 Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $3,360.00 Minimum Hourly W2
