Qualifications:

Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist Proven experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy strongly preferred Commitment to professional growth through ongoing education Record of ethical conduct and adherence to state/federal guidelines Strong communication and patient education abilities

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive evaluation and development of tailored treatment programs Delegation and direction of therapy services for assigned patients Delivery of safe, effective therapy with focus on quality indicators and discharge planning Accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines Education of patients, families, students, and peers Active participation in professional development and improvement initiatives
