Job Description
- Job Summary and Responsibilities
- As our Physical Therapist, you will provide a continuum of services to patients suffering from neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders.
- We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus, in addition to up to $8,000 in relocation assistance, to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
- Job Requirements
- Required
- + Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + Physical Therapist in state of employment or Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact + Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
- Preferred
- + Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy + Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit + Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) + Dry Needling Certification or Education
