Primary Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to: TriCare patients, VA patients and Athletic and sports performance populations Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation Deliver evidence-based, performance-oriented care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the clinic's EMR system Manage your own schedule, including patient load and days off Communicate effectively with patients, referral sources, and clinic leadership Contribute to clinic growth through professionalism, patient retention, and community engagement

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Colorado Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Experience in outpatient orthopedics and/or sports rehabilitation preferred Experience treating military, veteran, or athletic populations is a plus Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently Willingness to go above and beyond to support a growing practice
