Job Description
Intermountain Health seeks an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal and post-surgical conditions. In our patient-centered, team-based environment, you'll perform comprehensive evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and allied health professionals. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, education, and functional training, with accurate documentation aligned to organizational standards. You'll participate in quality improvement, pursue ongoing professional development, and support a culture of compassion, integrity, and continuous improvement while helping improve community health outcomes.
