Category Therapy - Hospital - PT Job Type Travel Provide expert physical therapy services in an outpatient hospital setting, delivering personalized care plans to support patients' return to community activities. This travel opportunity located in Westminster, CO, involves evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation tailored to patient needs and physician directives. You will guide discipline-specific therapy services, educate patients, families, students, and colleagues, and uphold high standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans aimed at patient progress and discharge goals. Delegate and direct therapy services, ensuring functional treatment programs. Maintain clear, precise documentation including progress notes, goals, medical necessity letters, and charge entries compliant with regulations. Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to organizational safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
