Job Description

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services across partner healthcare facilities. In this flexible, per-diem role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You will document care accurately, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and adapt quickly to varied clinical settings while upholding WSi's standards of integrity, respect, and service-driven care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function and mobility Document assessments, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with regulations Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members on care plans Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and home programs Adapt quickly to different facility settings and documentation systems Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and continuing education Uphold ethical, patient-centered care aligned with WSi Healthcare standards Required Skills Physical therapy evaluation Treatment planning Orthopedic rehabilitation Neurologic rehabilitation Gait and balance training Therapeutic exercise Manual therapy techniques Electronic medical record documentation Patient and family education Interdisciplinary team collaboration
