- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with chiropractors.
- Perform evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Lead individualized and group rehabilitative exercise sessions for athletes and active adults.
- Develop return‑to‑sport and performance‑oriented programs in collaboration with clinical and performance staff. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Connecticut PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
