  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with chiropractors.
  • Perform evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Lead individualized and group rehabilitative exercise sessions for athletes and active adults.
  • Develop return‑to‑sport and performance‑oriented programs in collaboration with clinical and performance staff. Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Connecticut PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
